Our founders spent over a decade inside high-growth consumer businesses, building playbooks, making difficult bets, and carrying the responsibility of outcomes long after decisions were made.

We created Decode to bring that same operator mindset to founders building brands with ambition and longevity.

We don’t see ourselves as an external agency. We work as an extension of the founding team, sitting on the same side of the table, solving the questions that shape the next stage of growth.
